garnr

garnr is a declarative web scraping CLI built in Rust. Scraping jobs are defined in YAML configuration files rather than imperative scripts, supporting pagination, rate limiting, headless Chrome rendering, and failure recovery out of the box.

The goal is a tool that makes structured data collection from the web reliable and repeatable without requiring users to write and maintain brittle scraping code.
